InCostume.com is proud to offer a “No Worries” Return Policy so you can relax and buy online with confidence.We strive to offer the best selection of costumes and related items and sincerely want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. There are some restrictions that apply, below are more specific details which outline our “No Worries” return policy. If you do not fully agree or understand the following information, please email or call us before purchasing.

 

 
 
Returning An Order:
 
If something needs to be returned, you should send an email to Returns@InCostume.com within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence.  Provided the return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number should be printed and sent to us along with the item to be returned.

 

Returns must be sent back to us only via UPS or FedEx, as they are both reliable and traceable shipping methods. InCostume.com will not accept returns sent COD. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from original delivery date of your item. InCostume.com will not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. InCostume.com does not refund shipping and handling charges.
 
 
 
When your shipment arrives:
 
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered.Try on any on wearable items and if there are issues please email or call us immediately.
 
Packages / Merchandise that arrives damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day, please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it.
 
Products that are to be returned must be in new resalable condition in the original packaging with tags and advertising materials intact. Merchandise must not be damaged or used in anyway.
 
If you need to return an item because of a size issue, before doing so please read the size on the item itself as sometimes manufacturers use the same labels and packaging for all sizes, with the actual costume been the correct size. If you need to exchange, please reorder the item from our website again as a new order and email us for a RMA for item to be returned. We will process your RMA as quickly as possible.
 
When making a return and another item is needed, please purchase again through the website. It will be treated as a new order to avoid confusion during the return process and allow you access to our automated inventory so you can avoid the item being out of stock when we receive your return.
 
Returns generally take 7 days, however may take up to 30 days to complete during peak times.
 
 
 
Final Sale Items:
 
With hygiene and copyright issues in mind, the following items may not be returned under any circumstances. Hats, Wigs, Masks, Intimate Apparel, Make Up, Eyelashes,  Prosthetics, Fangs, Teeth Magic Tricks, Books, DVD’s, Video’s, Audio Cassettes & CDs & Special Order Items.
 
 
 
Seasonal Dates:
 
Due to the seasonal nature of our merchandise, no returns will be accepted or RMA numbers given for any items purchased between October 15th and October 31st. ALL SALES ARE FINAL for anything purchased between those dates.
 
 
Please Note:
 
Items that are returned outside of our policy guidelines are subject to a minimum of 15% handling charge.There is also a restocking fee of 15% if several of the same items are ordered and then later returned.
